Site Rules

Firstly, we are a family site. If you wish to stay up late creating noise we are not the site for you. Please respect other guests during your stay 

 

  • No Noise Between 11pm and 8am. 
  • All Guests Must Check In Upon Arrival (not after setting up)
  • No Group Bookings
  • Pets Must Be Kept On A Lead and Supervised By An Adult AT All Times
  • No Twin Axles
  • Fires/BBQs Must Be Raised Off The Ground
  • No Commercial Vehicles
  • Children Must Be Supervised At All Times
  • Generators Are Not Allowed

Management Reserve the Right to Refuse Entry or Cancel Booking in the Event of Any of the Above.

 

Cancellations and Deposit Policies

Upon booking you will be charged a 50% deposit. This is a non refundable deposit.

If you cancel your booking within 14 days of your arrival Or if you do not show for your booking, you will be charged the full amount. 

 

FAQS

Q. Are dogs allowed?

Yes in the camping and campervan areas. Once they are kept on a lead at all times and supervised by an adult. However Dogs on the restricted list such as Rottweilers etc. are not permitted on site.

No pets are allowed in the glamping area.

Q. Are campfires/bbqs permitted on site?

Yes but only if they are raised off the ground in a purpose built device and supervised by an adult

Q. Is there electric hook up for tents?

Unfortunately we do not provide EHU for tents but our campers Kitchen and Games room have multiple plug points for charging devices.

Q. Can I book Over the phone?

No. We only accept bookings through our website.

Q. Is there a campers kitchen?

Yes. There are 2 gas hobs, 2 sinks, a freezer, seating and small supply of cutlery, plates, cups, pots, pans etc.

Q. Is there a games room/playground?

Yes. Fusball, Air Hockey, Pool and Playground

Q What time is Check in/Check Out?

Glamping - Check in: 4pm. Check out: 12pm

 Camping - Check in: 1pm. Check out: 12pm

 Campervan - Check in: 1pm. Check out: 12pm
